Romero’s traces its roots back to 2004 when it first opened its doors in Pahrump, Nevada as Romero’s Mexican Restaurant under the visionary ownership of George Romero. For over two decades, we have been dedicated to serving high-quality, authentic Mexican cuisine that tantalizes the taste buds of our loyal patrons.
What started as a humble restaurant soon evolved into something more. Recognizing the growing demand for an enhanced dining experience, Romero’s underwent an expansion, adding a full bar with gaming facilities to complement our delectable menu offerings.
